For Christmas my husband and I were crazy enough to get our boys a puppy. She is a teddy bear and she is a cutie. Her cuteness wore off for me when she pooped on the carpet just after I took her out to go potty. We have a long way to go with potty training. At least puppies are quicker then children :)
It has been frustrating, but we see the love our boys have for this little puppy and we think it is worth all the struggles.

Fee-fi-fo-fum
Over the past few days Alex has been sick with the flu. Yesterday was the first day that he was up to eating anything more than a cracker. I made chicken and noodle soup from scratch and homemade bread. While everything was cooking Carter comes into the kitchen and says "fee-fi-fo-fum, I smell something, yum yum yum." It made me laugh.
